Government ticket raising tariff raises the Tamil Nadu government order - tomorrow comes into force

The government has announced a hike in the number of buses in the city and city buses from Rs. 3 to 5 rupees. 

The fee for ordinary buses has been raised to Rs. The maximum fares for city buses have been increased from Rs 12 to Rs 19 per liter. The maximum fee in Chennai has been fixed at 23. 

Base rates have been increased by 20% with base bus fares. The current charge of Rs 30 per quick bus was Rs. But the revised fee has been increased to Rs 24. The modern luxury bus and non-passenger bus fares have been increased from Rs 18 to Rs 18 per 30 km. 

Volvo fares for ticket buses from Rs 33 to Rs 51. The tariff hike will be effective from tomorrow, the Tamil Nadu government said in a statement. 

Private buses are also expected to go up. According to the new tariff, customs duty and accident insurance tax will be charged from travelers.
