The Tamil Nadu government has announced that it will be mandatory to get two wheeler for women.
Two-thirds of women are eligible to apply for bicycles. Ed The bumper bike will be implemented for the poor ladies of Rs 2.50 lakh for bicycle driving license
, from 18 to 40 years of age. The applications for this can be obtained at Collector Office, Regional Officer Offices, Municipal and Panchayat Offices for free.
, Age, address, Applications should be submitted at 5:00 pm on 5th February, 2012 at the relevant office, along with driver's license and income.
Aadhaar card is also required for this project.
